Today, I'm hurting. Still, really. In between using My Fitness Coach (not always everyday, mind), I've been using my hand weights to help get some tone into my arms. I've gone from 10 reps each exercise to 20. I have to say, although arms are a little sore, it's nothing compared to my boobs
I lie down for some of the exercise, so I'm also working my chest. The top of my boobs are rock solid. I joked to DH that I'm getting pecs and he was like
Lol. I've been doing those exercises for weeks now, and I still get sore.
I'm feeling really tired today. Maybe because I'm feeling a bit down and fed up. Not 'diet'-wise. Just fed up on missing out on family at the weekends as I have to work. And when I try to get time off, I can't because they're 'fully booked up'
Anyway, not sure what I'm doing today. Def more hand weight exercises. I need a little kick to do more fitness coach
ETA - Did some exercises that I learnt on My Fitness Coach. Somehow I managed 50 tummy crunches (pulses) without crying lol Normally when I do 10 I cry out. Hmmm. Interesting! Also lots of arm and chest exercises.
