Rice Crispies Multi-grain ShapesKellogg's has expanded its Rice Crispies brand with Multi-grain Shapes - a cereal that offers kids a playful breakfast. There's the star, the person, the fish and the tree among the shapes, which are made from three fibres - rice, oats and corn. They are also fortified with vitamins and minerals. A 30g serving provides 25% of the recommended daily allowance of B vitamins and folic acid and 17& of the RDA of calcium and iron minerals - according to Kellogg's.
Rosehips add vitalityRecent studies show rosehips are a good supplement because they have good anti-inflammatory qualities as well as containing vitamin B and calcium. Several children’s rosehip supplements are now available under the brand Belrosa.
